Under the banner of Plug in & Play, companies and educational institutions will be working on the question: How do you ensure that you have enough people to provide the Netherlands with sufficient charging infrastructure in a short time?
Plug in & Play is a public-private partnership (PPP). A structural context in which people of all levels are trained.
Technical talent from MBO (Secondary vocational education) and HBO/WO (Higher professional education/University education) is trained in practice and encouraged to switch to the charging infrastructure sector. New educational modules are being developed and the question is being considered: How do we ensure that this collaboration can continue for a longer period of time? And how can we do more with fewer people?
The epicenter of these developments is located at Industriepark Kleefse Waard in Arnhem.
